House in Izumi-ku

At Studio Noa, we see architecture as a series of encounters: between residents, users, and architects, but also between the site and surrounding environment, the relevant building codes, and the economic conditions.
Born from many different combinations of these factors, architecture cannot be created by the volition of the architect alone. Just as life arises from miraculous coincidence, we see our vocation as lending a small hand to the birth of architecture. We look forward to the new meetings that our design work will lead to in the future.
