2016年に竣工したKKWと同じ敷地内にⅡ期工事として完成した住宅である。
敷地内にあったケヤキとクスノキの大木と２つの家に囲まれた庭が中心となり、 ２つの家をゆるやかにつないでいる。
建築は控えめに庭の背景になるように設計された。
