B Dental Clinic

Description
The client has managed the dental clinic for 30 years in the tenant building that has built on the opposite side of the site. However, he determined to be built a new dental Clinic because the daughter had become dentist. And, he had hope that it wanted to contribute to the region as "Dental Clinic in the town". The surrounding buildings were built using the maximum floor area ratio and building coverage. However, economical danger of the tenant building is high. Therefore, only the minimum required space in this building was planned. As a result, it became low-rise buildings that had been built in the valley in the building. We planned a three-dimensional alley space and roof garden in the valley of the building. Alley space and roof garden can be used as a place which can look at the distant mountains. It is planned there as a place where general can be opened. Each room in the clinic was made one space though divided each space. As a result, it becomes a place where a senior citizen, a child, and general people can be mixed. In medical facilities, treatment is main purposes. but it has the role as the safety space and the communications space in the region. This building aims to become a building where it can meet various people who live in this town as a dental clinic opened in the region.
