We designed the interior of this condominium in central Tokyo to showcase unequalled vistas overlooking the grounds of the Imperial Palace. Each spring, residents can look forward to fabulous views of the Chidorigafuchi cherry blossoms that bloom on the palace grounds.
The design concept is rooted in history, the flow of time, and harmony with the environment; it aims to unify the building's interior space with its extraordinary surroundings.
Special care was taken to convey both the spacial power of the architecture and the character and workmanship of materials used. Creating an interior design to match the lifestyle of residents was another key concern.
