The 58th AICA Seminar in Contemporary Architecture

Since 1983, the AICA Seminar in Contemporary Architecture has been inviting top Japanese and international architects to lecture on a wide range of topics including environment, urban spaces, and residential architecture. This year, Pritzker Prize-winning architects Ryue Nishizawa and Kazuyo Sejima, who each head their own independent firm as well as jointly running SANAA, will give two talks, both of which require advance registration (see link below). Nishizawa will speak about his recent work on July 5 in Osaka. Sejima will speak on July 13 in Tokyo on the theme of environment and architecture.
