The process of designing this Tokyo Big Sight trade-show exhibit for leading food equipment manufacturer Fujimak spanned several years. A display of kitchen equipment forms the core of the 450 m2 space—the largest of any exhibiting company—with a demonstration corner, seminar area, bar counter for business discussions, and kitchen also included in the layout. The exhibit has a strong presence thanks to features such as the open kitchen where visitors can watch celebrity chefs giving seminars prepare food, and areas where they can try out new products up close.
